New Hampshire Humane Society Implements EASApp™ to Strengthen Statewide Animal Disaster Response
Williston, VT & Laconia, NH — March 2, 2026
DART Command Central (DARTCC) is proud to announce that the New Hampshire Humane Society has begun implementing EASApp™ (Emergency Animal Shelter App) as part of an expanded strategy to modernize emergency animal sheltering and disaster response efforts across the state.
Working in partnership with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, this initiative represents an important step in strengthening coordinated animal disaster response infrastructure throughout New Hampshire.
EASApp is a centralized digital platform designed to support animal shelter operations during disaster activations. The system streamlines intake, organizes and documents all care provided to each animal, and replaces paper-based processes with structured electronic records. By centralizing critical information, EASApp allows volunteers and staff to focus on delivering care rather than managing paperwork, improving efficiency, consistency, and operational clarity during high-pressure events.
“When disaster strikes, response teams need more than good intentions, they need systems that work under pressure,” said Charles Stanton. “EASApp brings structure and centralized data to animal shelter operations, helping responders concentrate on delivering care while ensuring every action is properly documented. We’re proud to see New Hampshire advancing its animal emergency response strategy in this way.”
The Apple mobile expansion of EASApp, now being implemented for partner organizations nationwide, has been realized through a strategic partnership with the Animal Rights Foundation. This collaboration has helped bring the Apple mobile application to fruition, ensuring that response teams can access and input critical information in real time during activations.
“We are deeply grateful for the strength of our partnerships, both with the Animal Rights Foundation and with the New Hampshire Humane Society and its state collaborators,” said Deb Shelby, Founder and Executive Director of DART Command Central. “These relationships are what make innovation possible. As our user base continues to grow, we look forward to building a strong, long-term collaboration that keeps improving EASApp and strengthens animal disaster response not just in New Hampshire, but nationwide.”
By integrating EASApp into its emergency planning framework, the New Hampshire Humane Society is implementing enhanced emergency animal rescue strategies designed to:
- Improve shelter intake workflow
- Centralize care documentation
- Support coordinated multi-agency response
- Strengthen operational accountability
- Build long-term disaster preparedness capacity
This initiative reflects a forward-thinking model in which nonprofit animal welfare organizations, state agencies, and technology infrastructure work together to modernize animal disaster response.
DART Command Central continues to expand partnerships nationwide, positioning EASApp as a scalable digital infrastructure solution designed to support organized, data-driven animal shelter operations during disasters.
