Our Mission:  

DART Command Central helps communities safeguard pets and families by preparing for and managing temporary emergency shelters during disasters. We serve volunteers, animal response teams, and local agencies with simple, easy-to-use technology designed for those on the front lines. Our user-friendly Emergency Animal Shelter App (EASApp™) works on any device with a current operating system, replacing paper processes with a streamlined digital platform that makes shelter operations efficient and ensures critical data is accessible in real time.
